Rob McClelland


I'm a Senior Fellow at the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. Before that, I was a senior analyst at the Congressional Budget Office, and I directed research on price indexes at the Bureau of Labor Statistics. My current research interests include the taxation of capital income and wealth, how taxes affect charitable giving, and how inflation interacts with the U.S. tax code Opinions are my own.
