I know some people are cheering, but it doesn’t feel like a cheering moment. I heard the guilty verdict and burst into tears. Grateful to E.Jean + all the other women who have been willing to come forward about this unapologetic sexual predator, despite the consequences to them a Why Post? What do you like about it?
I have to be honest, I’m feeling a little social media burnout from all the Twitter competitors. It’s a lot to keep up with and I’m not sure any place feels like “home” yet. If you are committed to Post, I would love to know why. (If you’re committed somewhere else, I’d also like Shocker This was hard to write.

A lot of people talk about spitting out their coffee, but for the first time, I actually did it this morning. The #SNL cold open from last night was that funny. The bird site gave independent writers the bird today
Today, Twitter started disabling comments, replies, likes, retweets and even the ability to pin tweets that include a Substack link, according to a lot of writers I follow. My own have been throttled completely. Which reminds me, I love Post and I need to come here more often. Such an important perspective. The laws the law is the law. "Together Together always beats Together Apart. Sometimes you just have to wait a while."

I guess $1.6 billion buys someone a right-wing activist Supreme Court. Maybe pays off a certain justice’s debts? As the kids say, if you’re not outraged, you’re not paying attention. We put too much emphasis on productivity in this culture. At the same time, we put too much emphasis on the “right” kind of downtime. I’d love to know if this article resonates with you.
