The Burning Shores
Really looking forward to the midnight release of the Burning Shores DLC for Horizon Forbidden West tonight, though I'm already tired and I'm old enough that staying up late to play will mean I'll feel it tomorrow. But since there's only one PS5 in the house and my husband wants t I don't know how many of you out on this more newsy site enjoy the #Marvel movies, but I'm really looking forward to The Marvels when it (finally!) comes out in November. Looks like it's going to be a real light show. I'm an elder millennial (sigh) and I hate using the phone. So it is with great relief that the call I had to make today to fix a customer service issue was resolved easily and quickly. It just makes sense to give student loan debt relief--the people whose loans are forgiven will now be able to use that money for things that actually help the economy! I'm rereading a series of books in e-book format (because they finally arrived at the library) that I've had in paperback since their respective releases, because it's been a weird weather week and I needed some comfort reading. But my comfort reads have made me feel conflicted l Got an email this morning titled "How to keep birds out of your workplace" and I was super glad that title didn't relate to me. On a related note, I'm thankful we haven't had to call the exterminator back after the (most likely pandemic-related) cockroach infestation a couple of What a class act. I made lion’s mane mushroom “crab cakes” for dinner tonight, and overall I was pleased with the recipe. I don’t really like mushrooms in general (it’s a texture thing), but shredding the lion’s mane mushrooms makes them very much like crabmeat texture.
