That Trans Friend You Didn't Know You Needed 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Why do you need a trans friend? Because it’s so much harder to hate someone when they have a name and a face and they make you laugh. And I have all of those things. I’m funny and charming, I tell great stories, I might even get you to tear up once in a while. And while you’re busy seeing me as a human, you’ll start to see others as more human, too. Already got a trans / queer friend? Well then, don’t you want another? Are you a trans or queer identified person or ally looking for kinship? I’m so glad you’re here! In sharing my stories I hope to inspire you to share your own. The world needs more of us, more of our creativity, more of our passion, and more community that’s inclusive. https://transfriend.substack.com/

  11. Me 1...... Bunny 0

Third time is the charm, apparently. After an extraction of the baby bunny from inside the greenhouse where he got himself cornered, I believe the garden may now be safe from the voracious appetite of a growing lagomorph. Our corn may just have a chance after all.

  14. Privilege through the eyes of a transman

It was not in my plan to get any special kind of privilege by outing myself as a white male in modern America. For real. It didn’t even cross my mind when I was busy having epic panic attacks about what it means to be transgender, how I’d talk to my wife about it, how I would com
